Student Class Choices
This form is where you write in your selection(s) for your students classes for each hour.
Writing your options down does NOT guarantee your student will get into the class.
Registration is a first come first serve basis.
*Always make sure you have a 2nd and 3rd option for each student for each hour just in case their first option closes.
